"Outstanding! The technician, Brian MacFarland, arrived as promised and was professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about our system, replacement filters, and virus control. Based on our conversation when he arrived, Brian recommended we consider installing an iWave-R ion generator to provide additional help in controlling COVID. While he was at our house servicing our system, he contacted his company and they were able to deliver the part in about 30 minutes, which he then installed. No one feels good about COVID! But we actually feel a bit safer now, all because Brian educated us and then handled the logistics to buy and install the product on the spot! Brian went the extra distance for this customer, which is why Sila is such an outstanding company. Also, we have been extremely happy with our Unico HVAC system, which Sila installed a few years ago, and highly recommend it for anyone looking to add central AC to an older house. "I called NRG Management and talked to Andrew around 9:30 AM, he was in my town by 11:00 AM. My heating system had seen the end of a 30 year run, and my family was without hot water. Andrew gave me a price for the job completed that beat any of the other companies quotes, I checked reviews and I felt comfortable to do business with Andrew and NRG. Andrew said he would be over by 7:00 PM to do the install, after he finished his workday. Andrew showed up with a new Buderus boiler, a Riello burner and 4 circulator pumps, a zone board and tiger loop with flex lines, all new plumbing with copper lines.
