"I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. "E.T. Landscaping did a great job. Julio (the owner) is professional and a pleasure to work with. He really wants you to be happy with the work that was done and made sure I was included during the work process (for example, deciding where plants would be planted). I had originally bought a $900 24-hour Angie's List deal and was quite apprehensive about how things would go and had set my expectations pretty low. I had planned on having them remove the old plants and plant new plants that I would buy separately. However, I ended up getting the plants through E.T. Landscaping because the plants come with a one-year warranty, which eliminated some of the concerns I had. Julio has knowledge about various plants and how to take care of them and had recommendations for how to care for the plants we had planted. He also accurately noted some drainage problems we were having and fixed the problem to avoid a future basement flooding situation. Some people have complained about scheduling difficulties. For someone like me who gets anxious and likes to get things scheduled right away, it can be frustrating to not get a date right away, but I don't see any way around it, especially in the busy spring season. When it rains (and it rains a lot in the spring), they obviously can't work and they have to reschedule people."
