"I highly recommend Mr. Julio Escobar and his team for all of your Hardscaping and Landscaping needs. He was very professional and worked closely with me to understand my vision creating the custom design that I desired. He and his team took pride in their work resulting in outstanding results. "I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. They never missed a schedule. The quality of their work was supreme. All county inspections passed. Jonathan also went above and beyond to accommodate my change orders along the way, and turned out very nicely. Above all, their pricing was very reasonable and more competitive than most quotes I got. I want to say thank you to Jonathan and the team and wish Best Homes LLC continued success!!!"

"I am very hard to please and I have strong understanding of construction. Shawn and his team did a superior job remodeling my basement. The crew arrived on time and where wonderful to work with. Shawn is a very knowledgeable pro with a clear understanding of what you want. He is fantastic!!!"

"I was not in town when Tom did the work, but he and his crew did exactly what I needed and did a very nice job. It took him a couple of weeks to get to my project and that was OK. I would recommend him and would hire him again."

"We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Upgrade Remodeling, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and professional. The crews that came out were incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, respectful—both toward us and our home. What really impressed us was how organized and efficient the team was. They completed the entire kitchen remodel in just 5 days, which is remarkable considering the amount of work to be done. Every step of the way, they kept the space tidy and treated our home with care, which we truly appreciated. Our new kitchen looks fantastic, and we’re so glad we chose Upgrade Remodeling. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and courteous remodeling team."

"Everything was outstanding--price, communication, punctuality, work quality, professionalism, cleanup, his personality, etc. Travis Graham was always on site and did much of the work himself. He had previously planted trees for us and fixed attic retractable stairs. He was always cheerful and enthusiastic despite performing grueling labor in hot humid weather.

"Tony did a lot in three days: refinished the floors in two rooms, painted, removed an old washer/dryer unit and built shelves in the alcove. We have been looking for months for someone reliable to do work on our place in Sperryville. Tac's Handy Services is the answer. We highly recommend!"

"Great! Very happy with the job. Job took 2 days. They did a great job of clean up. So happy that I am asking Jose Sosa for an estimate now for the master bathroom retiling of the floor. Highly recommend."
