"It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.

"I took the deal thinking it would be just two things that would be done from my list but Mr. Jimenez did above and beyond. I was able to get his opinion on the other repairs I needed at home and his recommendations were honest and practical. There is a language barrier but it is easy to overcome since he will do everything to convey any possible issues. He points out to you imperfections during the final walk through, normally other handymen would not comment."

"Called him late Friday that our water supply was going on and off.  He asked if we could hold off till Monday and I told him surely as the water was working, but going.  He called SUNDAY just to make sure we were ok.  Told me a few suggestions to make sure the water stayed on.
