I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit.
