"good until pressure of upstairs pressure from drain snaking forced a big overflow downstairs in kitchen sink. Whole kitchen floor flooded before they shut down flood. They used my personal towels to clean up flood instead of a shop vac which left me to lander six nasty smelling and dirty towels once they left.
