"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. Bruce and Bill clearly like what they do for a living, have great people skills and work very well together. I was able to get the very best of products and still come well under budget. Although I did not ask for a diagnosis, Jeremy inspected the system and discovered an overlooked minor problem, which he took care of. His diligence and honesty saved us thousands of dollars! Jeremy was very responsive and easy to deal with and checked back to make sure the problem was resolved. These days "five stars" has diminished in meaning, but this truly was excellent service!"

"There's really not that much I can say. The two men who arrived both put booties on, which was nice. One of the men ran a test for chlorine (found some) and to determine if I had hard water (I did). Normally I wouldn't have allowed two workers, since I've been burned in the past by theft. It's a common strategy for one worker to turn the water off and while you are watching the man who is doing the inspection and repair work the other is looking for items to hock. But these two seemed honest enough. After all was said and done the disposer was beyond repair -- something had "snapped." The disposer was relatively new so I wasn't about to purchase a new one. The man said he had never seen a disposer vibrate that way, but I had researched it online and it's not too uncommon. ???"
