"The work I asked JP General Construction to undertake was the demolition of a 40 year old concrete in-ground swimming pool that was far past its prime. I couldn't be more pleased with the job done by JP General Construction. When I first contacted the owner, Jaime Peredo, he made time to do a site visit the same day in spite of other projects in progress. I found him and his staff to be flexible, straight forward in describing the details of the work to be done, the techniques and equipment involved and the probable duration of the project. The work ethic and attention to detail was exactly what I was looking for., especially on the part of his employee Carlos who was tireless in some very difficult work breaking up the concrete and rebar with a jackhammer. Initially I realized that this was probably not too common a job, so with due diligence I got several proposals for the work, including one from JP General Construction. I had previously been acquainted with their pool demolition work by a near neighbor who also had a pool demolition done by JP General Construction some years ago. He had been very pleased with the result, and still is. I'm certain that I made the right choice with JP General Construction. My driveway was larger than the 150 square feet allowed for the $1400.00 deal; and I wanted it widened a bit so the cost was more. Laying concrete has to be scheduled for when the concrete company can deliver so it was delayed a couple of days which was fine as the weather cooled off. William and his men arrived at the scheduled time, double-checked the frame for accuracy and did a fine job. The new driveway looks great. Yes, I would use them again."
