They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. That $2200 job was also done very well in one day. When issues arose, Lily handled them like a boss. I really appreciated her calling me directly to offer a solution. Lily was very kind and highly professional, which makes a huge difference with me. I am posting this review because I want people to know they can trust lily and her team to do the right thing. From the beginning of talking to Jim Wilburn, the Owner of Ace, to the Lawn Service with Kevin, it has been a great experience.  Jim is very understanding and helped me to decide what service worked best for our lawn.  He has made adjustments as necessary throughout the season.

Kevin provides weekly service our lawn.  He assesses the lawn each week and provides the care that is needed.  Our lawn is beautiful when he is done.  He is the best!!

This is the first time we have needed a Lawn Care Service and I am so happy to be working with Ace Lawn and Landscaping.

"The entire experience from scheduling an appointment for the plumber as well as the work itself (installing a new sump pump) went exceptionally well. Sergio the plumber was meticulous in his preparations to ensure a successful outcome and he was more than willing to share information about the work he was performing. He exhibited remarkable professionalism for his craft and a very approachable demeanor. We would enthusiastically and without hesitation ask for him in the future. As for the initial contact with the company and the scheduling of the appointment, Pete Kristiansen, was not only helpful but also accurate in his predictions of a time line for the work being accomplished. Kudos to Jiffy Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for an excellent job from start to finish !"

"I chose RDM Landscaping out of the 4 contractors I had bid on the job. Ray was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they would do very well. He left me with the impression that they would do a quality job and not cut any corners which is why I chose RDM over a couple lower priced bids. Work is completed now and I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the steps, railing, and wall. Ray is a really nice guy, helpful, very knowledgeable about his business, explains things well, and they do good work. The one negative of the experience was that at one point Ray did not return my texts for 3 days and another time for 2 days. It was raining almost every day which was delaying the project and I requested updates. I read a couple other reviews from people who had a hard time getting in touch with Ray so I got a bit worried. In the end, when the weather got better, they came and completed the job. I spoke to Ray frankly about the need to improve his responsiveness because it could really hurt his otherwise great business. I hope they improve in this area. On the plus side, besides the well done finished project, Ray helped out with a couple small things that were outside the scope of work which I greatly appreciated. They filled a gap on the bottom of our concrete front porch and he also noticed that a corner on the side of our house where the chimney jutted out was collecting water so they added some concrete to divert the water. After power washing the new steps they also power washed the back concrete patio. Overall, I am happy with my choice and I have already hired RDM again to do some tree trimming."
