Edward coordinated all. Basic work was completed in one day on our 3200 sq foot house. Cleanup was done the next day. The small window metal roof was completed a week later. Jack J did an excellent job in explaining each and every detail involved in this project, Field Supervisor Juan Z stayed with the crew all day until they left @ 8pm. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Scheduling and communication with Tony went well. Roofing itself was done well and as scheduled. The only issue I have had was at a later date. Found wood that was rotted and in bad shape. It should have been replaced but was not. I DO NOT fault the company owner but believe it was his workers who ignored the rot. I have not contacted Tony as it is my fault for not doing a better job of inspection at the time. I WOULD USE TONY AGAIN and don't believe he would tolerate this lack of workmanship. But I would watch the crew and do a thorough inspection from in the attic."
