"I called, and Michael Pool showed up to give me an estimate for a relatively small roof leak. He told me they'd try to get to it before the weekend rains began. We were out of town while the repairs took place, but roof Services kept me informed of the progress, or lack of progress because of the rain. Although he'd told me they couldn't get to the job because of the rain, we got a break in the weather, and Roof Services came over during a sunny period. Robert Ochoa even threw in some not-so-minor roof repairs for $200 while he was here. Great service, great quality, great clean up, very close to the lowest estimate. The quality and timing were worth the extra $100 or so over the lowest price bidder who couldn't schedule us as quickly.

This company rocks - they came out very quickly to provide an estimate in April 2011 and again in December 2013 (at Christmas). Wind blew down the north side of our shared privacy fence (2011) and blew down our tree on to the south side fence at Christmas (2013). Scheduled us immediately both times, provided a sturdier three horizontal support fence, neighbor friendly, including an entry gate. Knocked each job out in one day.

"Tom Costello and his crew at Costello roofing are amazing! We had a roof leak during a recent storm and I tried to somewhat patch it myself during the storm to stop water from dripping through our ceilings while it was still raining. I talked to Tom the next day, and he and his crew came out and did a whole roof inspection. They found a few other issues that needed repair, took pictures and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed, why, and how they would fix each issue. They were the only company who quoted a real repair of where I had tried to DIY fix it instead of just adding caulk over my fix. We are incredibly happy with the work done and can t even tell where the repair was done because of the care the crew took to use materials that matched the existing roof. The customer service Tom gave us was amazing, and we will definitely use Costello for all of our future roofing needs!"

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
