The quality and thoughtfulness of the work far exceeded our expectations. How can you exceed expectations installing a screen door, you ask? He noticed we had cats and made sure to order an upgraded pet-safe door. All materials were included in his estimate and he consistently ordered extremely high quality materials and finishes. "John (the owner) came by to look our are large double shower and give an estimate.  In the course of our discussion, he pointed out some issues that indicated a potential problem/failure in the shower pan and recommended we have a specialist inspect before proceeding with his frameless glass system.  We did - and confirmed a signficant problem from the original install when the house was built.  Kudo's to John - it didn't make him any money and delayed his performing work for us, but it helped us out tremendously.  So now we have a new shower enclosure/drain pan and Raintree's frameless glas enclosure.  It is beautiful and definitely classes up the bathroom."
