As a second thought I asked if they had looked at the front steps as well and they got back to me the next day with a quote for repair. After receiving the ok for the repointing the company began work on the property. They worked independently. The head mason made himself available to us on Saturday to demonstrate the need for repairing the front steps. This was a very effective way to show us that work was necessary and we appreciated their commitment. The head of the company also stopped by on Saturday to make sure that the work was proceeding in line with our expectations and see if there was anything else they could help us with. The stone work was completed over 3 days and the gutters were done the same week. Overall we were very happy with the level of service provided and the professionalism shown by all representatives of the company. We would be happy to work with them in the future."
