"I took advantage of their special offer on camera scoping of my sewer line, and boy did I learn a LOT! That is, my sewer line runs to the alley, not the street, and it has some failure and partial blockage. VERY fortunate am I to discover that BEFORE there's a serious problem! That will save me literally thousands of dollars. Otherwise, the appointment process, and both the automated notifications and the calls from the tech, are VERY convenient and helpful. I was not at all uninformed or inconvenienced at any time. The two technicians were efficient, informative, and 100% professional. "Ed and his crew came out to figure out where my problem was with my sewer line. They had to dig up the sewer line to find out why it was backing up. Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ! Ed also did a great job of taking pictures for me to have to be able to show ATand T if tey had any questions.
