"Francisco did an excellent job. I got about 4 different bids for the job before I decided to go with him. He was the only one who knew exactly what was wrong when he got there, before entering into the crawlspace. The other name brand foundational services are going to price gouge you with the highest margin products they can push onto you. Francisco will give you an affordable solution that is done with great quality. He is EXTREMELY responsive to phone calls which is hard to find. He went out to give me a quote the same day I called him, the other foundational repair companies will need weeks in advance just to schedule a time to quote you. He replaced all my joists, beams, some sill plates, and subfloor for an entire house in a weeks time. He will give you an estimate based on reasonable prices derived from amount of material and labor needed, and an itemized proposal to show you. The other guys will give you a super blanketed quote severely padded. If I run into any kind of flooring or foundational problem I will definitely use him again. Excellent work, Francisco is a rare find for contractors do not hesitate to do business with him."

"I will start by saying that the work they did waterproofing our basement looks good, and I am hopeful that it has fixed our problem. We've had a good bit of rain recently, and so far, so good. That, of course, is the most important thing. That said, I chose this company, even though they were on the high range of the quotes I received, because I did not mind paying more for a professional experience and great customer service. I was disappointed with this aspect of the experience. The day they were scheduled to begin they never showed up, and I ended up calling them three times that day. The woman in the office was responsive, but she said that they did not know where they were. The next scheduled appointment was for the morning, and they did not end up coming until 2pm, again without any communication. Both instances were due to car issues, but a phone call to keep me updated would have been appreciated to allow me to better plan my day. When they did start the work the crew leader was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, but he offered little information about the job unless I asked. Prior to the work being done, I also had to keep after the sales representative to put their warranty in writing. Twice he promised to email it to me, and only after contacting him a third time did he send it through. If I had not paid so much (over $11,000) I would have given them another star, but at this price point my expectations were high."

"A few months ago my rental house had a flood due to a clogged drain outside the lower floor door resulting in an inch or two of water into the living space and carpeted areas including a couple bedrooms of the tenants. Even though we had steam cleaned and set up dehumidifiers I wanted to be sure there were no unseen issues so I contacted Moisture Solutions. They came out the next day and tested and sure enough, even though there were no visible signs of mold or damage, the spore count was well above the acceptable levels. They explained the results and the different options and incremental steps that might need to be taken. After a good cleaning of all the rooms they came out again and fogged the house and had HEPA filter fans running for several days. When they re-tested we got the lab results back showing an 89% reduction in total spore counts, now well below acceptable limits. And so we did not end up having to rip up the carpet or LVT flooring or take other drastic measures. Both tenants in the affected area have told me they feel better and can tell a definite difference in the air quality.
