The thought of having to again deal with MDC had me at Defcon 1. I watched Paul interact very professionally and courteously with the MDC Inspector (whom he didn't know) ... after a fair amount of deliberation they were able to utilize Paul's equipment in a way that thoroughly resolved the situation without having to elevate things within MDC. When the MDC Inspector confirmed to me he hadn't worked with Ace/Paul and then unsolicited told me Paul was excellent and really skilled, I knew I had picked the right company for the job ... and that was before Paul decided not to charge me for a substantial chunk of the 90 minutes we spent earlier waiting for the MDC Inspector to arrive. While I'm hopeful there wont be a "next time," Paul and the Ace Electric Sewer team are the first company I'll be calling if there is. Cheers"
