Because their bid was the most competitive and their work exceptional, I have since hired them to do a number of other home projects for me. Their work is impeccable, the crew is outgoing, friendly and respectful of my home, they clean up after themselves, and they go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Bill (one of the owners) even talked me out of buying an expensive wooden beam for my living room ceiling. Instead, his crew built one for me using antique barn wood. Not only is the beam beautiful, Bill saved me $1.2k as well! I have already referred Perry Brothers to my neighbor who has since hired them to renovate her bathroom. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. "Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look.
