If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."

I spoke with the owner, Mr Lee Roff, and he was unwilling to provide an itemized invoice outlining charges for the part & service. If you think charging $1500 per hour of work is unreasonable then shop elsewhere."

Since the cost is pretty high for the repairs, though, I plan to get other bids before I move forward. In the meantime, Patterson put a square stepping stone over the top of the chimney opening so I would not have rain or critters falling in. That was nice. We just can't use the fireplace until we get this fixed."
