"I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."

"Very well. Paul and John were right on time when they said they would be. Another company had come out 3 days before for the same problem, supposedly cleaned the sewer line and told me I would have to replace the line because it was damaged. His cleaning job lasted a whole 3 days before the line backed up again.. Paul spent a good deal of time thoroughly cleaning the sewer out and unlike the previous plumber, found the cause of the problem. A piece of chicken wire had made its way into the sewer line and eventually blocked it. So for $300.00 I was saved from having to spend a possible $3000.00 for line replacement.
