"Excellent. I reached out to Ivan late Sunday afternoon, the day before a holiday. He called me right back and came right over! He was very professional, courteous and the price was great. We needed to change air conditioners to fit the window. We purchased the correct one and he came over at 8am on a Holiday and installed the unit!. "We had quite a bit of winter damage from a leaking roof and Jay repaired everything. There was nothing he could not do. During the five week job, he repaired or replaced drywall and insulation, roof tiles, removed damaged wallpaper, painted and even took care of mold! He was professional, trustworthy and very pleasant. in addition his prices were very reasonable. I trust him completely and would not hesitate to hire him again."
