"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. They take pride in their work, which is a rare thing today. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service and personal touches through phone calls, texting and emails. They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. All the residents were very impressed with the work they did. Because of the fair prices, easy to work with, and always doing a fantastic job we would not hesitate to use them again. "The job was done in a day. There was more wood that needed to be replaced than anticipated, so the job was more than estimated, but they made it clear in advance that this might be the case. "I worked with Sunrise Roofing and construction for the first time back in August of 2011 where they replaced my roof. This time I had a 300 sqft patio that was enclosed by the previous owner. The job done by the previous owner or who he hired was shoddy at best. So after I decided to open it up I called Mr. Christie of Sunrise Roofing and Construction. He later came over and I told him what I was looking at having done and we later came to a price which we both agreed on. As with the first job he was always on time, cleaned up on a daily basis and worked hard in that 29 Palms summer heat. He worked with the city inspector to make sure all the work was being done in accordance with building codes. All in all as with the first job he did for me this was a pleasant experience. Pricing was definitely fair and I got my moneys worth.
