I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"I would just like to say how impressed I was with the installer Mohammed Kesserwani. I had the entire second floor of my condo carpet removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank. Mo was so polite and did a wonderful job. He kept me informed every step of the way and let me come and see his progress to see if I had any concerns. They cleaned up afterward. I am a very happy customer. I love love love the new floor."

"I had them redo the floors at a rental property. They did an adequate job. I got a fair deal for the money I paid. I would say if your looking for a meticulous company to do your floors then perhaps you should look elsewhere. Again, not a bad job, just not the quality that makes them great or outstanding."
