"We needed a second garage door specifically for a riding lawn mower and an open window between 2 rooms in the house with a counter under the window, He did a sloppy job on the garage door, installing a USED door, with NO key and we canâ t even fit the mower thru the door, rendering it useless... On the window, he almost cut into a closet, and I had to MAKE him cut the right size window. He put the wrong trim on the window, after I told him twice what I wanted. Now I have a living room with 3 windows with 3 different trims. He was condescending and a bully. I told him to forget the counter, I just wanted him out of my house,"

"Everything went great and smoothly. The tech saw the issue, knew what to fix, and offered his opinion on whether I should replace only the broken spring or both (since they were different. He left the ball in my court on what I wanted to do without pushing for a sale. I opted to replace both springs and cables on either side of the door with his recommendation. The price was in the ballpark of what I was expecting, and I wanted it done quickly (they came out by 9 am the next day after calling them at 5:30 pm the night before).
