"When I called, they answered right away and when I explained the problem, I was told that they would be at my house between 12 - 1 pm. They were at the house before 12:30, and fixed the problem right away (the water tank bladder had broken). Now we have a bigger perfectly working tank - and our water pressure is better than it's ever been (I have a feeling the bladder had damage to it when we moved in, because the pressure was never good). The only problem is that when the phone was answered, I heard a voice say it was an Angie's list customer. However, we didn't get the 5% discount. Although, I did not print out the coupon and forgot to tell my husband about it. Either way, their service was prompt and well done. Thank you!"

"**BUYER-BEWARE** we bought a home in 2016, Over the last month we discovered an increase in our water bill. After investigation, we discovered a silver canister near our pool equipment. The canister had Florida Water Treatment Dunedin FL on the device. We called to tell FWT Dunedin, it was leaking. The tech mentioned to turn two knobs on top of device to stop leak. We asked for removal of device on same call. A couple weeks later a person shows at our home and asks for $300 to remove device. We called Christine at FWT,. Christine was rude and hasty. We asked to speak to her manager Hilary. She stated Hilary was not available. She asked to put us on hold. Next, a person named Matt Zara, who identifed himself as the owner, takes the call. Matt Zara began to question our integrity immediately, by telling us the fee was discussed when we made the appointment. It was not. Matt Zarra stated his company has been in business for 74 years and we were, “Barking Up The Wrong Tree”. Matt called us hypocrites. He said his company does not want our business. He also mentioned we could not afford to pay the $300 and questioned us on asking about the fee. At no point were we not calm, we only wanted a solution on the surprise fee his company sprung on us.This $300 fee was surprising and misleading to us. Finally, the Tech spit on driveway while leaving home. **Our advice, find another company for this service."

"First time did good job at checking the zones and cleaning/replacing heads on the "working" zones, repairing a leak etc. (350/-). He advised changing/installing new valves for the two zones at 400/- plus labor. That was done and paid for. The zones did not work. Several Repeated calls were not answered."

"Placed a service call on our water heater with 2nd Century now owned by Conditioned Air, they used to be great and I used them for 15 years, They charged $169 callout and arrived really quickly (without a tool kit) took one look at he heater that was approx 5 years old and immediately quoted $1900 for a new one saying the leak was terminal. It looks very obvious to me that the copper pipe had a small leak and there was noting wrong with the heater, he quoted me $750 just to fix the copper pipe leak and said the water heater would need replacing anyway and would cost $1900 in addition if I tried to fix the pipe first. I called JCP plumbing of Naples who sent out a crew within an hour and they drained the tank, replaced the copper pipe all for $300. Proper plumbers who just want to fix things not just sell new units. Forgive me for being skptical but you may suspect the guy from Conditioned Air had zero intention of repairing my leak and just wanted to sell me a new heater. "

"I first heard of this company when I was at Home Depot buying my home appliances and a guy came insisting on a Black Friday Deal “AC Tune up for only $8.88” if I could just think about how **** of a trickster this was …Never allowing this people come back inside my property again, totally scammers who will make your AC system fail, I’ve had COOL MODE WORKING PERFECTLY and my AC was giving me problems to Heating the house …inspector Ricardo who came and despite looking a good friendly person, he never finished the job on my AC pump upstairs due to “the NEST thermostat was in and out of fan”, tried charging me $380 just to do the thermostat installation, I refused and I did it myself, then there a fuse blown and he again told me it would cost $170 to simply change a “$8 fuse”!!! I refused again and as it wasnt enough now after I fixed the Fuse and Thermostat, just to find out they cut cooling system purposefully in the attempt to charge me for REPAIR, the AC fan is running and Thermostat is on Cooling mode but temperatures are reaching from 77F-85F leaving my family including my poor old grandmother suffering in the hot temperatures this entire time… THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF NO MERCY!!! DONT EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS."
