"I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Auger Pros Plumbing, specifically the incredible technician, Justin. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that I was in capable and professional hands. Justin showed up early for our scheduled appointment, which immediately set a positive tone for the day. His punctuality was matched only by his outstanding attitude - he greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that instantly put me at ease. During our service call, Justin expertly handled multiple tasks: Performed my yearly water heater flush with precision and care Installed a new bidet with meticulous attention to detail Replaced shower fixtures seamlessly Skillfully cleaned a clogged p-trap, resolving the issue quickly and efficiently His work was not just technically proficient, but also clean, organized, and completed in a timely manner. "I had no hot water and called around to several different plumbing companies in the area. After reviewing different quotes and how i interacted with the the technician, I decided to move forward with DFW Commercial Plumbing Services and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The staff called me with an arrival time and plumber showed up 10 minutes early. They were very organized, clean, and thorough with diagnosing the issue with my water heater. They were the only company that gave me a repair option but I decided to get rid of my old tank and go tankless. The job went smoother then I ever hoped and now I have endless hot water heater. Thanks guys and I will be using your services from now on."
