"Mr Bill Leacy was very professional, courteous, and punctual. In his first call, he requested a snapshot of the disabled water heater. Then he explained what the project entails, the brand of the water heater he was going to install with warranty information etc; he arrived at our doors with the replacement water heater in less than 2 hours after his first call. Completed the project in less than 3 hours after he showed up and left the place tidy and clean. We were extremely pleased with the speed and the quality of work that Bill did."

"Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. He had us up and running in just a short amount of time. Eddie is an excellent and knowledgable employee with a great attitude. He is very pleasant and we hope A. J.
