He scheduled the repair promptly once I decided to proceed, showed up on time and completed the work in the time frame given. He did an excellent job and was very reasonably priced for the work he did. I would definitely use him again should the need arise."

"We had a serious issue with animal damage (raccoons, squirrels, birds) within our roofline. We had tried several "critter" control services, but they could never rectify the problem or damage. The affected roofline was approximately 30' high on one damaged area and 40' on another, and a difficult area to work on. We contacted Stan of SK Capital Services and he showed up promptly for an inspection and estimate. He scheduled the work and showed up on time with a crew and completed the repair within several hours. The repair required the removal of the existing wrapping and soffit, and the replacement of damaged wood. The damage was repaired and fixed in a manner that we have had no repeat problems with the animals. Highly recommend the company."

"They did a fantastic job on my wood siding, window trim, and painting. Of 3 different contractors to perform this type of work for me over the last 15 years, they did without a doubt the best job. I would highly recommend them. They were very responsive to small requests such as removing an unwanted satellite dish rather than painting around it. There were some minor challenges getting on the schedule As a result we ran up against a schedule deadline for me and had to proceed with some second choice siding for some of the repairs. There was a little confusion over the required permit too, but in the end they got the work done when I needed it to be done. They estimated a little low, and the final cost was about 25% higher."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"There are not enough superlatives to describe the wonderful work that JWHI did on our home. We called them in because our house desperately needed to be painted, some key exterior repairs were required, and the gutters needed to be replaced. Specifically, the paint on the brick exterior was dingy and badly flaking, the siding (wood) portion of the house had dry rot in places, one of the shutters had fallen off during a windstorm, and the wooden columns on the front porch had visible vertical cracks. Thomas Matamoros, Apolo Gonzalez, and the rest of the team did back-breaking work day after day, for several weeks, to address and remediate these and other issues. They power washed the exterior; expertly scraped and primed the surface to ensure it was properly prepared for painting; spent many laborious hours painstakingly repairing and repainting the columns and shutters; removed and replaced rotted wood where it existed, even in corners; communicated their progress after each workday; were extremely solicitous to make certain we were aware of and approved of the work that was being done; and, after doing a superb job painting the exterior, replaced the old, deteriorated gutters with beautiful shiny new ones. The house looks phenomenal! We are so appreciative of the thought, effort, and craftmanship Thomas and Apolo put into our home. Their work is of the highest quality, and we feel fortunate that JWHI assigned them to our project. "We had approximately 180 square feet of plywood roof soffits that needed to be replaced due to areas of rot. We have a small townhouse, so even to have all of our soffits replaced was not a very big job, and we had a great deal of trouble finding a contractor who would either consider the job or would do the work for a reasonable price.
