As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. Clearly, my previous service had not been doing much of a job. Gisa's team pulled out furniture, cleaned bookshelves and books that hadn't been dusted for months, blinds, ceiling fans, moved pieces that had obviously not been touched maybe ever. What a difference! The first group of three arrived early, and Gisa came about an hour later and worked with them the rest of the time. They worked very hard, and yet were cheerful and smiling, and spoke respectfully to one another. Every room looked completely different when they left. I'll be having them every two weeks from now on. Enthusiastically recommend - worth every penny."

I spoke with her about the Angie's List deal for in-depth cleaning up to a 3500 sq. ft. home for $329. Most cleaning deals are for homes up to 2500 sq. ft. and don't include ovens. My home was larger than the deal and I knew it some places needed extra attention so I purchased, even though the price wasn't the best advertised. Luciana was able to schedule me within a week of my call to her. Her two helpers arrived at the appointed time, with Luciana arriving very closely after. I had the paper towels and trash bags available for them to use. Otherwise, they come with their own items. I left and received a text about 4 hours later that they were finishing up. I arrived and inspected their work. It was very thorough! Luciana left before I arrived, but told me that she'd pointed out to one of the ladies that she needed to go over an area better. She asked that I look at it to make sure it was acceptable to me. I really appreciated her attention to detail, which is often overlooked for "just good enough" service."
