"I had never used this company before, soI was a little apprehensive. I met with Oscar at the house and we went over all our needs. Oscar was very professional and helped walk me through the process. Later we met at their store in Gaithersburg and again Oscar was awesome in the assistance he gave in picking out just the right materials for our dream bathroom. The work began on the date as agreed. The staff was there on time , covering all the walkways and bedroom furniture to prevent dust and dirt. Again, this was completed very professionally. The men worked all day for several days and if a question arose, they would consult with me about how to proceed, keeping me in the loop. The job went smoothly and was completed in a very short time. I have to say that our master bathroom has had a stunning transformation.. it is beautiful. The quality of all the work was first rate and it is the nicest room in the house. "The Simmons crew did a great job with installing new closet storage cabinets within our two en-suite walk in closets. The team arrived at the agreed upon time and immediately set to work on the installation. They laid out protective coverings on the floor to prevent damage. When issues appeared during the installation, they immediately conferred with me to resolve the issue. The installation went smoothly and the closets look great. They did a good job in cleaning up at the conclusion of the work and ensured all excess materials were removed from the site. Demetrius is great to work with, as he is very customer service oriented.
