He was running a little later than he thought on the day of the appointment & let me know right away, which was fine. He is very personable & knowledgeable, and his work is efficient & clean. No surprise costs, everything was as previously agreed to. Even though I wasn't paying for the furnace or A/C to be cleaned he still took the time to look at them & show me what he found, for future reference. The whole cleaning process only took two hours, and we got to see how filthy everything had been plus the random objects he'd found in the ducts. As a new homeowner of a 'light fixer' I was relieved to have such a painless experience! I am SO GLAD we had this service done and I would hire Jared again or refer him to friends & family in a heartbeat. Highly recommended."
