"I had windows installed by Renewal by Andersen about 7 years ago and was very pleased. Recently a window I open frequently had a lock break and was not closing tightly. A representative of the company efficiently fixed the problems and showed me how to use a silicon spray on the tracks to keep the window opening and closing easily over time. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Clean and efficient installation. Liked both the contractor, Fulltime Contractors, and their installation guys. Would recommend them for windows. And, would use them for other household projects"

"I hired Ray to repair my shower door, he was here about 45 minutes and paid him $65.00, I appreciated the prompt service!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
