"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. "The leak in the ceiling originated from a poor, previous repair job and was in a very difficult spot immediately next to a wall. Todd looked the problem over and determined exactly what was needed to fix that problem. While he was here we ask him to bid on the replacement of the 2 faucets in the upstairs bathroom and replace the shower kits and valves in the upstairs and downstairs baths. He did it all! The drains were pretty difficult, having been siliconed at construction and therefore difficult to remove. Great job!"

"They did come out and do the work. Its been a year since I had them out I know I spent more, I had them do more work. They actually clean out and did a couple of faucets for me and they ended up breaking a counter top. And they had quite a time getting it resolved. They didn't want to pay for the, they broke a sink that's what they broke. The bathroom had two matching sinks and they couldn't match the sink and they didn't want to pay for two of them, they just wanted to do one and put an un matching sink in there. So I ended up paying for one sink, they paid for another and then they installed the faucets but it was not a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing."
