"Damian was AWESOME! He arrived on time, spent way more time trouble shooting the issues than he charged for, found the problems & fixed them. He found a breaker in the panel that had 2 wires going to it when there should only be 1, one of the wires was showing signs of arcing so he installed a separate breaker for that & a new breaker for the other. He added an outdoor GFCI outlet to replace the one there that wasnt GFCI, he installed 2 hardwired smoke detectors & a CO smoke detector combo, inspected junction boxes in the attic & wiring in 2 ceiling fans to make sure the wiring had been done correctly. All of this was done at a very reasonable price. He also gave me a very reasonable quote to rewire the house as it has aluminum wiring, and I have been having issues with some of the circuits. I would definitely recommend him."

"The electricity in my 50 year old trailer burned out last night, and Jason McCray from Sun Valley Electrical and Solar answered my request on Angie's list. "Matt arrived on time as scheduled, asked what was the nature of problem, went about troubleshooting the source of the power outage, and within an hour had located and repaired the problem. This was an "intermittent" power outage that had happened months prior and re-occured this week. Our garage power failure was tricky to isolate as no breakers or GFI switches were tripped anywhere. In addition, only one of two exterior outlets was dead as well. Since our garage had no "resettable" GFI outlets installed, Matts experience led him to believe that the problem source was actually in the guest bathroom, even though all power in that bath was working normally. Sure enough the problem was a loose Hot wire on the bath light switch. After tightening the wire screw, power was restored to the garage. Matt explained everything as he went along and cleaned up everything after the work was completed. I would most definitely recommend and use Bolt Electric again in the future! "First visit this year, electrician found and isolated portion of the circuit that was causing the problem, plus installed two exterior light fixtures at main entrance door. Second visit Installed GFCI's required to bring home up to code for resale and installed two exterior motion sensitive light fixtures. All completed at a reasonable as quoted price in minimum time. "Brian came over, gave me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable and he started the job. I was running conduit and wiring about 35' from the breaker box to an area by my fish pond. It looks really good and it works really good. Brian was easy to communicate and his rates are very reasonable. I actually have a friend who owns his own company and I know he wouldn't have done the job for the same rate Brian gave me. If you aren't using Chapillo electric you are missing out."
