"I wanted a sunroom added to my house so I started getting estimates. I got a referral from a friend to use JBR custom builders. I called and met Jeff the owner and scheduled an estimate. He was on time, very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. After I got two other estimates I went with JBR because from our interactions I felt he was best suited to bring my vision to fruition. So we set a start date, I gave him a deposit and he showed up with his crew exactly when he said he was going to. Jeff helped me all the way from conception to completion on this project and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work that was done. I will definitely be using him for future projects."

They were very friendly and responsive to my needs. After giving me a ballpark estimate of costs and options for the job I agreed to hiring them. They said they had a service technician in my area and asked if they could arrive within the hour. I was pleased and agreed. The tech (Ryan) actually arrived at my home within 30 minutes. He reviewed the job and gave me cost options for the repairs. I agreed it made sense to replace both springs rather than just the broken one since they were both 20 years old. The repairs only took an hour. But what really pleased me was the little “extras” that they did above and beyond the repair at no additional charge. Specifically they adjusted the sensitivity on my garage door opener ,which had been causing my door to auto reverse occasionally during winter months. In addition he lubricated all of the roller bearings and hinges on the entire door and never even mentioned it. The door now operates as well as it did when it was brand new. "My mother has been ignored by Tom & Jason Booth as well as a gentleman named Grayson. We had a bad storm months ago and one of the beams came completely off (screws were not secured) and they keep telling her oh we will come fix it and then go silent! Called numerous times and no answer to reply. Honor your warranty and help my mother out!! Will never buy from them again even after suggesting to all my friends. I’ll be calling my friends to take back statements as these guys don’t care about their customers the way we thought they did."
