The only thing that could be improved is acknowledgement of our order (which we mailed in--almost has to be done this way since one sends a graphic of the table shape with the order). Our home in Sun City West was pre-owned and had crown molding in the living/dining room that had been installed by the previous owners and a different company. We wanted iCrown to install crown molding in our kitchen/family room. I called them last week and the crown molding is already installed. "Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.
