Their field manager Norm stopped by my home on more than one occasion and helped me think thru my planned layout, define the right materials and ensure everything met state and federal codes. On the day the work was completed, Chris K and Julius arrived right on time and worked well into the early evening to get the job done. There work was immaculate and they took the time throughout the day to answer any questions I had. Can't thank them enough for the great work. When the city of Apex inspector came by to perform the final inspection, he looked around and within 60 seconds turned to me and said, "Wow, this is perfect!" to which I agreed wholeheartedly. "Quick troubleshooting and simple repair"

"Raymond, did an excellent job for us! We contacted no less than 6 contractors trying to repair or if necessary replace our 2.5 yr old unit. He not only repaired our unit, but discovered it was still under warranty for parts! 4 other contractors said we had only a year warranty when we actually had a 3(THREE) yr warranty. It did take some time for all the parts to come in, but I think that's a nationwide issue of supply chain! Raymond is definitely our HVAC guy from now on! Thank you, Raymond for a job well done!"

"Tech was on time, professional, and very informative. Learned a lot from Antonio as he inspected our two units (split and package hvac) and performed the annual maintenance required. One unit was installed in 2006 and other two years ago. Both running well. Suggested repairs on older unit were made....may replace next year. Antonio explained less than favorable condition of old unit capacitor...still working but could go out. We'll wait to replace unit when repair costs outweigh value of old unit. Tech was very helpful in explaining status. CCA has been a very reliable HVAC service...technicians, such as Antonio, have proven to be quite competent and trustworthy."

"On a Friday evening our upstairs air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working. Gand M sent a service technician to our home within an hour of my call to their answering service. The technician, Greg Stephens, was knowledgeable and professional and immediately diagnosed the problem which happened to be the result of a mistake made by our previous HVAC company. I can't compliment Gand M enough for their fast response, quick diagnosis and reasonable price for an after hours visit.
