"Nick came on time and had every tool we could possibly need to resolve our drain issue. We ended up having him video scope a line from our house to the septic tank as we needed to verify there were no roots encroaching on the line. It ended up being a septic tank issue, but having 100% assured that the line was good allows us to take the next (more expensive) step in full confidence. Nick is very patient and never seems rushed to move on. He asks great questions to gather as much context on the issue as possible. This allows him to better recommend the next course of action. One look in his truck will tell you that there are many tools to use in the resolution of an issue... and this up-front consultation allows him to steer the customer in the right direction. We will certainly call Nick again if we have drain issues in the future. Thanks Nick!"

"Zach was very prompt in replying to request. Came out same day. Cost to repair drain lines was cheaper than the bigger company competitors. Highly recommended . Give them a call."

"Jordan was able to successfully do the job on my washer that the Best Buy tech I had earlier could not. Good work, Jordan"

"Replaced copper pipes with plastic pipes"

"We were serviced by Michael and I was very pleased. He cleaned up very well after the service. The problem was located and so far we had just a temporary fix. We need to have a sewer line replaced."

"Chris came early and left quickly. He took me through each step of my repairs and kept me informed of everything he and Mike did. I was quite satisfied with the work. I used to have some apprehension about calling in a plumber but I now feel confident in Blanton's and their workers. They stand by their work and promised if anything went wrong, they would return and repair free of charge. That's what I call customer service!"

"Edwin Lazo installed new faucets and drains throughout the house following the installation of new granite countertops. Along with connecting a garbage disposal and a new line for refrigerator water and ice. He answered all my many questions and took the time to problem solve a future project with me. He was prompt, careful about cleaning up, and overall, did an excellent job."

"Streamline Services is my go to place for plumbing and hvac repairs. I always have fantastic and speedy service. My last service call was truly exceptional and worth taking the time to review. I knew I needed my water heater replaced, and also a repair to my air conditioning system. I didn't feel pressured, and the technician answered every question I had, and I did not feel rushed into any decision. From the first phone call, to the time of install, I received nothing but great customer service. I won't call anyone else."

"I called the Cape Fear Air Conditioning & Heating's Fayetteville location last Thursday and the person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was nice, and thankfully was able to get a technician scheduled to come out the next afternoon. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time, was professional, and was very nice. The technician was A+ and I would highly recommend Cape Fear A/C & Heating. I would definitely call them for future services needed and I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you! :)"
