"Working with Triangle Radiant Barrier has been a breadth of fresh air. Their entire organization including their installation team is top notch and extremely professional. They presented options in a very clear and segmented way such that it is so easy to understand and make a decision. On top of that the owner hosted a video call to go over the options and answer any questions. They are absolutely the best. I enjoyed working with them and will do the same if future needs arise."

"Triangle Radiant Barrier completed crawlspace encapsulation for our approximately 4,000 square foot home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Matt Patmon and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Brock Emmons provided excellent technical insight and helped us understand the benefits and process. Jason and Marty handled the installation and did an outstanding job. They communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and delivered very high-quality results. The project was even completed a day ahead of schedule. We have already recommended Triangle Radiant Barrier to our neighbor, and they were also very pleased with their experience. Highly recommend."

"AMAZING, A+++++ floor patch and baseboards replacement. I had to have my floors treated for black mold and a huge section of the manufactured hardwoods in the kitchen and dining room had to be replaced, along with two dents in the kitchen floor. Nick work tirelessly to find a match for my 2008 Bruce manufactured hardwoods (found. PERFECT MATCH), Timo came and did all the work by hand with precision and artistry in SIX hours. Cannot be more pleased, I am shocked with the beautiful outcome! Thank you so very much!!!"

"I needed insulation put into existing walls without any remodel. They came and did blown in fiberglass from the exterior walls. They did a great job and were super friendly. Some issues came up during the job with my interior drywall because the sheetrock was installed incorrectly. They didn’t hesitate to come in and fix the problem. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving where you couldn’t even tell they were there. I noticed an immediate difference in sound and comfort in the house. I am very impressed with how friendly and professional they were. The job was quick and effective. Highly recommend."

"We reached out to MG's Roofing for a leak in the roof. Matt contacted us, came out to inspect the roof, provided an honest assessment, reasonable quote and completed the work all in the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and gave us tips on what to look out for after the next rain event. Hopefully we won't need to, but will definitely call on MG's Roofing if we need roof repairs in the future!"

FAQs for spray foam insulation projects in Apex, NC

Local and federal rebates are available for insulation installation, which can significantly reduce your overall costs. Many utility companies offer incentives or rebates to homeowners who improve their home's energy efficiency. Contact your local energy provider or government agencies to learn about available programs in your area, and consult with a professional insulation installer to maximize your savings.

It's not necessary to remove old insulation before adding new insulation, as long as the existing insulation is in good condition—dry, free of mold, and not damaged. Adding new insulation on top of old insulation can improve your home's energy efficiency by increasing the overall R-value. However, if the old insulation is wet, moldy, or damaged, it's best to remove it before installing new insulation to prevent potential health risks and ensure optimal performance.

Insulating a house takes between five and twelve hours for batts or boards, and two to five hours for spray foam or blown-in insulation. The exact time depends on the size of your home, the type of insulation, and the accessibility of the areas being insulated. Keep in mind that projects may take longer if old insulation needs removal, if there's a larger square footage, or if spaces are difficult to reach.
