"I?m very disappointed with my experience with Stacey at I Can Handyman. He did not complete the job as agreed, despite clear instructions. We requested a new exhaust fan to be installed in our bathroom because the existing one was leaking. We purchased a new exhaust fan, but instead of replacing, he used parts from the new exhaust fan and took the remaining parts with the old fan when he left the job site. We contacted him a couple weeks later when the fan was still leaking and also requested the old and new parts be returned. He failed to show up for two scheduled appointments and still has not returned our parts. Due to the incomplete work and unresolved issue with our paid materials, I cannot recommend using this service."

I wasn't in a hurry (out of the house) and had been happy with Zell in the past so I decided to wait (the wait was due to my needs as well as their availability). Les made two calls to confirm and showed up on time. He went right to work and got through the gunk that must have been pretty far down the pipe (traps were clear). He gave me suggestions for keeping the drain clear in the future."

"We were billed $65 for the trip, and then billed $125 for the hour it took the electrician to drive here! He worked very slowly. Took four hours to install a dedicated outlet for our microwave and three new ground-fault interrupters. He worked on existing outlets while those outlets were live! And he refused to use the Wallabot to help locate the wire in the wall, telling us it would only detect live wires -- we knew better but there was no telling him."

He came and measured the closets, quickly sent back design ideas for what we were looking for, made any changes to the designs that we asked for in a day or so, and was able to do all of the installation over the course of two mornings. They even worked around our kid’s nap schedule for installing. Rick and one other guy did all of the installation. It turned out exactly how I was hoping, gave us tons of storage, and looks great. The price came in at less than what California Closets quoted us for a similar design. Highly recommend!"
