"I contacted Overhead Door and they sent someone out first thing the next morning.  They would have sent someone that evening if I had requested.  The individual answering the telephone was pleasant and easy to talk to.The serviceman was prompt and polite. He explained what was wrong and quickly repaired the door.  He also did an overall check and some routine maintenance on both doors at no expense.  He let me know what might need repair in the future in case I wanted to take care of it now, but there was no pressure to do so.  I was very pleased.  This was actually the second time I've used Overhead Door.  Earlier this year the other spring broke and the serviceman did let me know that this one might go soon but I chose at that time to wait and not repair it immediately.  I was very happy with Overhead Door both times they serviced my garage doors"
