The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. "Window replacement I did have some issues with the original windows installed by Wisconsin Window Pro's, but Jody did work with the window manufacturer and they did eventually come out to the house and fix all the known issues with the windows. I have to admit that I was a little upset to start with, you spend $9000 and expect quality. Jody did come through in the end and did get the manufacturer out here to fix everything. I have to say that Jody NEVER forgot about my windows and always followed through."
