I set up an appointment with Neli and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. He assessed the machine and was able to determine the likely cause of the error. "Purchased the 22 Point Winter Furnace Inspection and Cleaning.      Purchased the deal on Oct 22nd, first available appointment they could get me in wasn't until the 15th, almost a month later.   The tech came out on the 22nd  was was nice and prompt.  He did his thing (ie the 22 point inspection).   Though I did not see him clean anything at all, nor did he ever go upstairs to check my thermostat.  I mentioned to him that there was no heat getting to my basement or entry way, and he poked around a bit and said I needed to get someone to come in and clean my vents.  He also said my Ignitor was going and if I wanted it replaced it would be $240.
I ended up calling my home warranty company and they sent a tech out an replaced the ignitor (while that was covered under warranty they said they would have only charge $170 normally to replace the Ignitor).  They also stated my vents did not need to be cleaned and the dampers in the basement just needed to be opened even more.
So while it was a great price for the check-up I'm not sure they really did much (other then determine the ignitor was going bad and try to overcharge for a replacement.

"This whole thing actually started about 3 weeks or so ago when I started getting a double image on my TV. I searched the list and found Eddie Watkins. The great thing is that he doesn't live far from me. I called him up and he was completely honest about my options, stating that it wasn't about the money, he just wants his customers to be happy. His honesty was quite frankly refreshing. He gave me time to decide what I wanted to do and assured me he would assist me whatever my decision. I decided to purchase another TV. He worked with my schedule and came to my house to mount my new TV to the wall. He ran into trouble with the bracket and screw size. He quickly went out to his van and took his time to make sure he found the right screws and tools. He made it happen with my existing bracket, thereby saving me money. "We love our kitchen! We have a house built in 1941 with a small kitchen. We had our doubts whether to renovate such a small space. We are so glad we did!!! Every time we walk into the kitchen we say to ourselves, "We love our kitchen!" Armagan was patient and knowledgeable while we decided whether or not to renovate. We are not sure how he did it but we seem to have more space. They pulled out all the old (original!) cabinets and flooring. They replaced the flooring and cabinets, painted the walls, trim, and doors. The team (Issac, Oscar and Nasay) worked on schedule, were nice and knowledgeable. They kept the work area very tidy and completed the job in 3 weeks. We are very happy and will be recommending KBR to all our friends."

"I have good things to say about them, but I pay monthly. I am not necessarily sure I am getting my money's worth. Its a maintenance thing. One problem I have with them is because I couldn't get gas heat. The last time I had to call, they kept telling me gas was an appliance. Furnace is an appliance. It really doesn't make sense to me. I couldn't get them here, and I had to wait to go to BGE Home, and they didn't come for three days. The unfortunate part was it was the last chilly damp weekend. I don't use them but once a year. I don't have to pay the yearly thing, and I didn't have to pay extra. It was part of my monthly thing. The quality is great. They did give me a new thermostat. It was hard to understand why my furnace had to wait, even though I couldn't get any power. Since it was gas, it was an appliance. Made no sense. If they could have come when I had an problem. I had to wait three days with no heat."
