"They charged me 600.00 to put on a new thermostat, which took technician approximately 10 minutes and probably cost the company 10 bucks. They would not give me any price for that over the phone, and now I can see why. Total RIPOFF. instead of Southern Air, they should call themselves Southern Thieves"

"Couldn’t tell me what was definitively wrong with my AC but still charged me the diagnostic and small repair fee. Came up with a price for the actual job without knowing how much the part cost. They can’t explain what a small repair is either. Only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because the guy was on time."
