"This was only an inspection and attempt to locate a leaking pipe, and give me repair alternatives. Money is tight so the$130 fee was hard but it can be applied to future work when they come for the repair/replacement. The contact person did not give me an false hopes and waste time that they would come sooner than the appointment. They called when they were on their way to be sure someone was home for the appointment. Will share more when the repairs are complete. The young man was honest and gave me information I expected and did not try to sell or push me into major repairs that would be very pricey."

We were pleasantly surprised that Scott contacted us right away & was at our house within 2 hours to replace our water heater. He was very professional, courteous & had the new water heater replaced within 3 hours. Drained & removed the old heater from our attic & after the new heater was installed, he hung around for 15/20 mins to make sure that we had hot water & to check for leaks. Excellent, excellent job. Needless to say, we were very happy to not have to have cold showers. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber."

I asked prior to repair an estimate on what it would cost and was told "it's hard to tell." It would have been nice if he could have at least quoted me their hourly rate so I would have an idea. I had the faucet so the price was for labor.
