"Mr. Devin responded within a minute to my request for service on Angies List even though he was on another call. He provided me with an initial time frame for his arrival at my job site. He communicated with me about 30 minutes after our original conversation about his specific expected time of arrival. He and a very able assistant arrived on schedule. They quickly assessed the problem and took action to clear the clogged main drain line to which the toilet drained. The job site was left clean. The cost for his service was almost half the amount quoted by another plumber."

"I called on a Wednesday to schedule the appointment and was told they could be at my house on Friday.  They called me back on Thursday to inform me they would be in my area, so they came to my house a day early.  They called me when they were on their way so that I could leave work and meet them at my house.  Then it took about 5 minutes to pump the tank.  It was so fast I was able to go back to work instead of taking hours off.  I got some advice on replacing my septic tank in the future and will definitely be calling them again.  An all-around great experience.

Replaced right sink strainer unit (essential sections copper). Replaced pipes under sink to insure that drain from sink had a sufficient gradient to flow freely to the connection with the pipe from the garbage disposal in the other sink to prevent the existing waste build up in the connection and old horizontal section of the drain pipe (a problem I did not know we had). Efficient, reasonable and very pleasant professional plumber. Immaculate, careful cleanup of work area."
