"Justin & Brandon came out together to evaluate my issues with our appliances. They found the problems quickly, gave me an estimate of cost. I accepted the estimates, they ordered the parts. Justin called before the day of the repairs. Brandon replaced all the parts the next day. He is a very polite repairman, did his job very well, explaning as he was doing the repairs. "I logged a call and within 24 hours a service technician responded. They repaired my appliances (microwave and dishwasher) very well to our satisfaction. Note you have to pay a copay of $45 for the service call. The rest of the expenses is paid by Choice warranty if it is within the coverage plan."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
