"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Outstanding. Nick stopped by ahead of time to assess our situation. He sat down with us and explained exactly what they would be doing. Their price was more than fair and lower than the other two quotes we received. The workers were professional and courteous and respectful of my space. I work from home, and they were very respectful when I would have calls. The end result was beautiful. They made the ceilings all flush where the load bearing walls were - something neither of the other two places offered or even seemed to know how to do. They even came back after we painted and installed all of my new light fixtures for me. And, Nick stopped by later to see the house completed. We will be using them anytime we have a need for a contractor. Knowledgeable, fair, and good, quality work. Also, the guys are great singers. :)"

"They worked me into the schedule almost immediately. The repair person found the problem within 15 minutes or so and was able to fix the dryer that day. Additionally, he took time to give tips on routine maintenance to keep my washer in good working order."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"My porch was fixed within an afternoon’s time. I was also able to get some siding fixed from wind damage that I hadn’t been able to do myself. These guys were proficient and fair priced. I highly recommend to anyone. I originally went with this contractor from looking at google reviews. I noticed a lot of people I recognized around town were also recommending them. As for me they did not disappoint and I will continue to use their services in the future. Thank you Total Home & Tech!"

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."

"Keith and Mike were wonderful. Great service and knowledgeable in their craft. The weather was terrible when they came to install my decorative outside shutters and they still got the job done in a timely manner. I will use them again and listen to their suggestions!"
