"Had competitive bids, one from a well advertised competitor none where in this league of ability and product. Walls needed to be removed and walls had to be built none of witch could be done by competitors. Scott does very nice work and the owner Brian was hands on from the bid, planing to installation. Terry was the estimator and came up with a great plan that although more money then i wanted to spend was in the end an assume outcome "they did work with me on the price". These people are real construction workers and the results prove this. They were honest and true to there word. Covered floors and cleaned up well."

"Making the decision to hire Palmetto Home of the Carolinas LLC was the right choice for our bathroom remodel from beginning to end. Our initial appointment was made quickly. The representative was knowledgeable in assisting us with making informed decisions based on our project needs. He explained our options and never pressured us into decisions. We were well informed on how long our order would take and the timeline of when the construction would begin. The timelines we were given from order to construction completion went just as we were informed. The installers Dane and Will were phenomenal!!!! The work they do looks good and is well constructed. They did an exceptional job taking care of our home during our project. The management and construction team gave us regular updates and were available to answer our questions promptly. Customer service, pricing, quality of materials and craftsmanship of our installers was amazing. We highly recommend this company for your bath remodel."

"The Honeybee House?was only one project in a long list of renovations and improvements that Paul Ragan has done for me with consistently positive?results.??We have had?long professional?relationship since 2008. ?I have exclusively used Paul?after consulting with other contractors because of his friendly manner, ease in communicating ideas,?quality of work and price.?The construction and renovation?work he has completed?includes replacing windows, powerwashing,?painting, removing shutters, rebuilding two decks, remodeling a bathroom with new tile on the?floor and walls, and?creating?a in-law apartment in my basement that was handicapped accessible.??The most dramatic of his renovations was?my kitchen/living room remodel that required taking down a wall,?replacing the expansive ceiling, installing new?kitchen cabinets and tile floor. ?All of the above work was done by Paul with high regard for my ideas and?needs. He will listen and provide practical as well as crwative suggestions?from his professional knowledge and?experience. Paul has been a joy to work with and extremely accommodating in all ways. He has managed the job even when i was out of town with the same conscientious effort and attention to detail.??I highly recommend Paul Ragan to anyone thinking of remodeling or?new construction.?"

"Remodeled bathroom. turned out very nice. Thank you Dan"

"Consult for our guest bathroom remodel went great! We were expecting the price to be much higher than what we were prepared to pay, but they were kind and offered lots of discounts which actually brought it down below our budget. He was kind and courteous. Gave us lots of good information and even took a look at our other bathroom to give us a rough estimate on our plans for that one. I also prefer giving my business to local family-owned businesses! Excited to see how this turns out!"
