"Del of Design Xpressions impressed me with his response time, sticking to the agreed schedule, and making a great repair on a full view storm door others had said needed to be replaced. He saved us hundreds of dollars and did an extremely professional repair (air pump, door handle, and locking mechanism). Great job done!"

"Tim was extremely professional and personable, price was lower than a lot of the larger plumbing companies out there. He arrived on time with everything needed to do the job. I highly recommend Old State Plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future!"

Vic has tackled a range of projects for me, including fixing a serious sewer backup and addressing persistent sink leaks, all with impeccable skill and precision. What truly stands out is Vic's work on designing and building two bathrooms from scratch. He managed everything with incredible attention to detail, including the installation of stunning glass and marble tiles. The result is nothing short of breathtaking. Vic is the epitome of reliability—always timely, dependable, and communicative. He kept me informed of any issues or changes to the job, ensuring that everything went smoothly. "Great! He was on time, professional, responsive and answered all of our questions. He cleared the standing drain pipe to our washing machine, replace and connected the hose to the hot and cold water pipes. Danny stayed to ensure that everything worked well. We now have a plumber and I can really say he is the best!!! Thank you."

"The technician knew just what to do to open the clogged drain in our old home, including opening the pipe in the basement to properly snake the lower part of the pipe.

"The technician came during the window of time that I was told. He came wearing his mask! He repaired the water heater quickly, showed me the part that was replaced, and explained the purpose of the repaired part. I’m very satisfied."

"Ryan was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely, and super respectful of the space. He was hired for us initially through a general contractor to do the plumbing portion of our renovations (kitchen sink, two showers, a bar sink and some appliance hookups) and did them all perfectly. Was knowledgeable both generally and about specific water issues common to our area and potential solutions, super agreeable and completely transparent and helpful in sourcing specific parts that would fit in with our existing stuff. We got his information and absolutely intend to rehire for our future needs. Highly recommend RC. Bonus: he was good with our dog."

"The house I bought had a cheap old toilet upstairs that was constantly running and just overall not that good. I was looking to repair it when I found that I had a leak on my shut off that ran all day and caused some water damage. I was going down the list of the service providers in my area (based off rating) and found Fabrizio's to be the first that could come out next day. I asked them to quote me a price for the work, and the first response was that I would save some money if I bought my own toilet. Unfortunately getting a toilet in that short amount of time would not have worked so I asked them to bring one. They estimated being able to be at my house by 1:00 but I got a call early in the day from Frank that said he'd be able to be there an hour early, and to verify the toilet I wanted. Frank showed up right on time, as promised, and looked into the work involved. It turns out that I did not need a replacement valve, it just needed to be tightened (which saved some money), and then he installed the new toilet. Throughout the entire time Frank was polite/professional and very thorough. After the job was done he also gave some free professional advice regarding some other work I would need in the near future, without requiring me to jump through any hoops. I would absolutely recommend Fabrizio's to anyone, and have already recommended them to my father for some work that was needed per my conversation with Frank."
