He replaced the springs in no time and even straightened out the straight bar that connects to the slider for the opener. He lubed up the hinges and rollers for the door. He noticed and mentioned that the bearings for the rollers were pretty much shot; been on since install, over 10 years. I asked if he had any new rollers, he said no but could call office and see if they can get me back on schedule to replace them. Was able to get on schedule for the next day!
