"No show, no call the day of appointment. Two days later we have 2 pool repair people at my home. They did a reasonable job replacing the pump moter, but just left wires, connecters and the moter and facing in the yard. Not the best of clean up."

"Normally replacing the rubber ring around the Filter will correct the issue. But Mark pointed out that I had divots and gaps in the bottom of the filter plastic, that might be causing the consistent leak. After taking the filter apart, over and over again, he was finally able to get it so that the filter was no longer leaking consistently. His patience and time are much appreciated. He also gave me a recommendation to replace the old filter and he would provide me the estimate of what that will cost. Overall, did a good job of helping get the leak stopped, so that I could run the pump. Would recommend again.
